GET FIT
One of the best ways to get motivated is to get physically fit. On most days, I'll get up around 6:30 am to work out (usually it's a combination of a run and circuit training or a long distance run by itself).
I do this for one simple reason:
The inertia gets me going.
When I look back, I realize there was one specific workout program that got me into a healthy state of mind. It's called P90X. I've done this workout twice now and have integrated a lot of it into my weekly workouts. The biggest thing I learned from this program was discipline and structure. It's definitely changed my life.
